"Our stay was very disappointing due to booking and dining issues. We specifically booked and paid for full board, but the hotel only provided half board. To make matters worse, the main restaurant was constantly overcrowded throughout our stay, forcing us to endure unreasonably long wait times just to get a table."

"Love the place totally recommend, only two suggestions is they work on increasing staff for golf carts as you need them to move around the resort and sometimes we had to call them more than once as waited a little long. And room service food is not the best however dining out at the restaurants inside the resort were phenomenal and really good food Besides that it’s lovely place lovely staff and had a great time."

"It’s amazing to be having a meal with the pyramids as a background!!! The food is delicious and they have an amazing breakfast buffet!!!!! Everyone is so nice!!! A very nice place to stay!!"

We enjoyed eating in all restaurants specially the a la carte restaurants All the staff did a great job to keep the guests satisfied, rooms ,F&b , reception ,GR,service tip top We will come back to Rixos Seagate thanks for making our vacation memorable. It’s a superb hotel."

"Package all inclusive, however they don't serve alcohol, only soft beverage, gust from outside the resort not allowed in the premises. hot water in the shower wasn’t working, had to change the room ."
