"Rooms are outdated and very worn and old. The washrooms are quite filthy. Staff is not particularly trained well to greet and handle customers. It is by no way shape or form a 5 star hotel by how it operates, it reminds me more of a two or three star."

"I requested the Sphinx view from my room and I got it. Everyone at the hotel did a great job making my stay there a very pleasant one and I truly appreciate it. The rooftop is a great place to hangout at night with the awesome view of the pyramids. They also offer free tea coffee and water. The view from my। room was simply out of the world but I don't think it's going to last long. There's a construction going on and I can tell that it's going to block the views. "City View Hotel was amazing! The hotel management did a wonderful job ensuring me and my family were comfortable and had necessary transportation. The room was very clean, the bathroom was on the small side but we were okay. I loved how it was in the center of everything!
