"Great hotel within close proximity to West Bank and East Bank.
A great place to stay if undertaking tours of these areas.
Pool area is nice overlooking the West Bank.
Food was very affordable and delicious.
The staff are very nice.

"Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience felt easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Overall, this was my favorite hotel during our Egypt trip and I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff are brilliant. The amenitiea are great and the food buffets are fabulous. The property seems dated in some respects but that is made up for by the excellent service. The beach is nice though the view is let down by the big yellow submarine tour boats near by, the empty lot next door and the chavy boat docks. All in all though its great value and a wonderful experience."

"Stayed at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh for 7 nights in April 2026.
Beautiful resort, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the 5★ image. Service was inconsistent, staff often inattentive (especially around the pool and evening entertainment), and the food quality was disappointing. Basic touches were missing on arrival (no welcome drink, empty minibar, no robes/slippers), and we frequently had to chase for things like drinks, housekeeping, and even towels.

"The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The laundry service was reasonable with a quick turnaround and our clothes have never looked better!! They were even able to remove a stubborn stain from my daughter’s pants. Quick responses to any requests. The Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Easy check in and check out. The location was great. Would stay again."

"We have loved Kempinski hotel in our previous stays elsewhere in the world. This hotel feels relatively a little old and did not give that luxury feel. The afternoon tea was expansive, took a long time to prepare and somewhat stall food. The staff were very nice. Other services were good. "
