"Terrible service from Hilton. I've stayed at the Hilton many times and the quality of service has gone down drastically. In December I paid for 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a room with one queen and one twin size. I didn't get reimbursed for the different room we got. April, I had the same situation happen. "My reservation was three adults and a 18 months baby four people full prices total. (The baby paid full price too). "First and foremost, this property is managed by the Hilton. There is NO physical entrance to the Plaza Hotel. You must check-in at the Hilton's front desk to access Plaza Hotel tower.
