The rooms were clean and the VIP service was excellent. However, the gym is outdated and the elevators are old and a bit shaky.

All staff were super helpful and nice Carlos bar tender, Carlos front desk, Jimmy check helper all fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, head lady that runs it. ( didn’t get her name) coffee bar really nice to have. Great location

Great location to explore the coast and to leave to the airport!

La habitación era espaciosa, bien mantenida y estaba limpia. Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas. Las piscinas eran buenas y tranquilas. Los desayunos los mejores que hemos tomado en nuestra visita al El Salvador. Lo mejor de todo la amabilidad y servicialidad del equipo. Una mejora podría ser un pequeño gimnasio.

This is a very modern, clean and sizeable hotel with good amenities and only a short drive from San Salvador airport. I stayed here for one night at the start of my trip and again for one night at the end. Both times my room was immaculate. The dining room was nice and the food was good (with plenty of choice for breakfast, which was included in the price). What a find. Just the most tranquil getaway for a few days. The grounds are amazing and the ocean view rooms are amazing, the view is panoramic. Quiet nights just the waves for company. Perfect. The Restaurant does some good fare but its a bit basic. There are two or three places nearby as an alternative.

We had a one night stay at the villa Florencia and it was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and the desk staff were very friendly and informative at check in and out. The breakfast was substantial with juice, coffee, fruit and eggs. There are American chain restaurants nearby within walking distance, but if you want local food there is a great little cafe on the corner next door to the hotel which was great and very welcoming. This is a great place to stay: It is located in a nice neighbourhood, close to public transport, shopping centres and eateries. The hotel also has a very reasonably-priced taxi service. Staff were very obliging and willing to help with any issues you may have or information, and cleaning service thorough and efficient. The only minus was the breakfast: a little on the minimalist side, unless you are prepared to pay extra. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Very friendly welcome and a very homely place to stay

The room was spotless with a really comfortable bed, AC and a nice bathroom. The garden area is lovely with a small pool. The staff are really attentive and friendly - they made us a packed breakfast for our early morning flight & we lost the room key which they were super nice about! The breakfast is also nice and healthy and light. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay to be honest!
