"Everything was clean (ALL staff come together Monday am to clean outside areas to prepare to receive the week), staff amazingly friendly and helpful, AC working but with windy nights and 24hr pools (2) you won't need it, Bar & restaurant accessible 24hrs- Chef came to the table to explain the steak dish & introduce himself. Drinks were delicious- get the "Coco Loco" (garnish with hydrated coconut), you'll love it, every single plate was amazing- wait is about 20min because everything is prepared fresh! Reception accommodated an extra night (at very low price). There was Ladie's open bar on Friday- You get to meet people who come from other areas ($15 until 2am- great drink & beer options), an open bar & pool party over the weekend, and a Guatemalan Rum promotion for free! This is Paradise! Servers: Vanessa (breakfast) & Fredman (Dinner) were great, but all staff are truly amazing!"
