"Stayed for the night on 27th June. Upon arrival the queue for check in was lengthy, which was to be expected. A staff member was coming down the queue requesting guests register online. Fine did that. Once we arrived at the desk there was a A4 sign to say the hotel was experiencing issues with the AC. It was not communicated at all the issue was it wasn’t working full stop. "Lovely hotel. Centrally located so convenient to several parks and theatres."

"The fire alarm in my room went off on my first night at 4am. I asked why and was told it was a false alarm. The staff told me I wouldn’t be charged for the luggage storage I paid for but conveniently forgot about that. And at one point the digital key needed to access the buildings and room wasn’t working. We had to bang on the front door to get into the building and then had to be escorted to the room. This is possibly a “get what you paid for” situation, but it could have been better."

"Property has a good pub/ pizza+ cafe downstairs and if you get a renovated room (we stayed in an old and renovated one over the course of 4 weeks) you may have a half decent stay and is in a decent location. If it’s hot, you want to keep any food or drinks cool good luck. There is zero air conditioning the place was stinking hot and deadly uncomfortable and they don’t have enough fans to give out, seriously? And you can’t buy any drinks/ food from them or anywhere else cause you can’t keep them...

"Very well located hotel - just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station with Picadilly, District and Circle lines, so easy to get anywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and public areas very clean. There is a nice outdoor deck and garden area to enjoy morning coffee. The water station is a nice touch - cold, bubbly or hot water taps and large bottles to bring it to the room. Good coffee/latte machine as well. Would definitely stay again here."

"I loved how close it was to the train station. Rooms were clean and beds very comfy. Having a fridge in the room was good kept juice cold. Staff were outstanding happy to help in any way. Would definitely recommend ti any looking for stay in London."
