"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Salle de bain tout petit lavabo qui se bouche rapidement. Baignoire et plafond sale Pas de ménage fait dans la chambre le lendemain Le personnel quasi inexistant à part le personnel qui doit réparer les dommages qui sont souriant et serviable. Chambre récupère à 15h15 malgré mon arrivée à 12h30 je comprends mais en me voyant présent aucun effort pour mettre à dispo la chambre ne serait ce que 15 min avant 15 h. Aucune explication sur ou serviable trouve la chambre car l hôtel est grand....

"Wir waren vom Hotel enttäuscht. Zunächst einmal hatten wir nicht den bei Expedia abgebildeten "Riverblick" auf den historischen Stadtteil und das Parlament, sondern genau in die Gegenrichtung nur auf moderne Hochhäuser am Fluss. Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mir Flußblick gebucht. Hinzu kommt, dass das Zimmer nur in einem befriedigenden Zustand war, an vielen Stellen nicht richtig sauber oder aber abgewohnt. Drei der Pumpspender, Seife und Bodylotion, waren leer. Nach der ersten Reklamation...

"ラッセルスクエア駅から近いので、ヒースロー空港から地下鉄一本で行けて便利。ユーストン駅、ユーストンスクエア駅も十分徒歩圏であり、大英博物館もすぐ近くで観光しやすい。 修学旅行生のような学生集団が多く、朝食会場は混んでいるが、部屋や廊下は静かで、設備も必要十分であった。"

"Great hotel, convenient location right near a bus stop that took us to all the attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are small but very clean and exactly what we needed. The breakfast for £8 was delicious and we really enjoyed the unlimited tea and coffee options available. Would stay here again!"

"We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Most of those we were searching for in the area seemed small. This has a King bed and enough room to open all of our post cruise luggage. The staff were very helpful with logistics and helping us secure a taxi for our departure. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever been to for a hotel included breakfast. Wow! "

"Stayed a couple times. Staff is great, rooms are good. Breakfast was on a deal for 10 pounds which just a pastry and coffee will cost elsewhere. 10 min walk to Kensington High Street tube station. Food choices in the tube station and nearby. Kensington Palace and the Orangery, where they have an excellent afternoon tea is about a 15 min walk away. We'd stay again."
