Cari Hotel di Epsom and Ewell

"A lovely friendly and welcoming hotel. Safari hotel room very nice. Had everything we needed. Only negative would be that we booked a room with a view of the animals however the windows weren’t very clean so couldn’t get a clear view. Restaurant in hotel was great. Good selection of food. All staff very friendly and professional. Early access to the park was a great bonus plus the walk around outside to get a better view of the animals was a nice addition. Would certainly stay here again."

"Great clean hotel"

"Nice Hotel with a lovely views of Epsom race course. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is ok but not great Luke warm and only egg option was scrambled."

"Home away from home. Great staff as always and fantastic area to be in."

"Convenient hotel for a local customer. The on-site car park was a little expensive. There also seemed to be a communication issue between the hotel and property owners as the car park was sealed off for upgrades"

"Some guests were very noisy at night they kept waking us up"

"Clean room, quiet , close to train station and high street"

"Rooms were very clean! Shops were just a block away! The park was very close"

"Quaint and gorgeous building and rooms! Only thing I'd suggest is that the owners put lamps in rooms to augment the LED lighting (for travelers like me whose eyes don't do so well with the LED frequencies). Other than that, the hotel was lovely, as were the staff!"

"Staff were very helpful breakfast was very good"

"The property is in a rather quiet/ not so busy location. The family room we stayed in, was very spacious and well maintained /clean. The bathtub was a treat with an unobstructed view of the back garden through the large window. The manager was a pleasant lady to deal with, and more than willing to help when needed. She ensured that our stay was comfortable. We also used the garden to have our dinner on the first night, that we ordered through Uber eats. Many thanks."

"The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...
