I filled out the service animal slip, confirmed with the clerk that there would be NO additional fees and confirmed the original charge of the room. I find out 3 days later that I was charged without my consent for a "pet". I have been reaching out for over a week now to get a hold of the manager and he IS NEVER THERE. DO Not STAY HERE"
