"Right along Gran Via and a vibrant jam packed sidewalk/vehicle thoroughfare. The hotel though is a wonderful and quiet retreat. The hotel also has a top floor with a small veranda and the rest of the floor is well appointed rooms with sofas, chairs and small bar. Great place to relax. One can catch views of the downtown core from up high.
Overall, front desk staff were friendly, helpful and engaged. The room and bed we had were quite comfortable along with necessary air conditioning for those...

"The hotel is in a great location. The pool is lovely. Staff were helpful.
The room was only cleanish. Bedding and everything was clean, but a lot of dust and missed bits. The drains were clogged. The worst thing was no room service. Even with a a kitchenette, in a hotel I expect them to clean. This is likely why things had slipped."

"Very helpful and pleasant staff from check in and during our stay. Room very clean and a super great breakfast to start our day. Would stay there again central to train station and shopping just far enough away from all the bustle."

"We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam.
The staff so kind and very helpfull.
Cons :
When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs.
But overall we had a good memory stayed at Inntel Zandam,...
