"Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location with many public transit options. Room is clean. Cons: Toilet got clogged one day, and I had to use the public toilet in that morning. Bathroom is rather small with poor ventilation and no regular plugs. Room layout is not ideal, and some places are not being effectively used. Bedside USB chargers are not working. I got a street-facing room where I often heard noises from street. Gym is tiny with limited equipment. Elevators are tiny which sometimes cause long wait time. "

The stadd was outstanding from the time we checked in with Delina to the lady at the front counter, Siri for the breakfast bar.The location was also fantastic.when you exited through the rear door, you were right on one of the canals. All rooms sealed with no opening windows and stifling with no fresh air and 20 degrees at night. Far far too hot. Would never stay here again if you paid me "
