"L'accueil super, le lieu incroyable avec une végétation entretenue et de qualité. Petit déjeuner bien mais manque une peu de msemen, par contre jus de fruits frais c'est tellement appréciable. Ménage et personnel, parfait. Je recommande cette endroit !"

"Reserve una habitación con balcón ( más cara que una sin balcón) y la habitación no tenía. En recepción nos dijeron que no tenían más. Que no podían hacer nada."

Peccato per il trattamento in reception. al ns arrivo ci viene comunicato che la prenotazione era stata cancellata (4 doppie), solo dopo ns insistenza ci vengono proposte 2 quadruple...e di rimborso non se ne parla. Fanno finta di non capire ne l'inglese ne il francese. "

"Khalwa Was very pleasant, upon check in I had a challenge and she realized my face and she offered to help and thanks to her my stay became amazing, she made sure I was satisfied and happy: and she check on me, she wanted me to enjoy my hotel stay and to like tanger, she suggested things to see in the city. I complimented her on her earring's and she was so kind to give them to me. Wow what a heart ❤️ thank you for all your help."

"Rien à dire sur le service à la marocaine, la qualité des produits ou l’emplacement de l’hôtel Moins bien: le choix des alcools qui pourraient être meilleurs, la literie pas au niveau Pas bien: le massage de mon épouse était un massacre pour elle… elle avait le dos cassé après alors qu’elle avait demandé un massage de la tête et des pieds… la masseuse était novice et ne savait pas ce qu’elle faisait… Dommage et la direction n’a rien fait Enfin l’hôtel était en travaux en prévision de la haute...
