"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. However, I was lied to by one of th front desk assistants about parking. The room was too cool and I could not change the temperature. The hotels does not have a microwave which was highly inconvenient. I was on the 25th floor and had to the bottom floor to use the communal microwaves. During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. THE ROOM: Hot water was an issue, had to let the water run for 5+ mins before it would get warm to wash hands or take a shower. The handheld filter had visible black mold on it. The power for the headboard only worked on one side and they here-rigged an extension cord out the headboard to make the outlets work. The water had a smell to it.
