"My visit to Shagri-La in June 2025 was my first visit to Fiji & my first resort experience. And it was a delight. As I am sure is the same at every Fiji resort, the staff were lovely, friendly, helpful & hard working. The facilities were great - not state of the art & brand spanking new - but as advertised and equivalent to the rates paid. Highly recommend to stay at adults only end to anyone travelling w/o children given the access to the quiet pool, the reef, & away from the noise & family...

"The service from the reception staff was outstanding. We booked outside transport that was less than spectacular when we arrived and we were soaking wet, but the hotel welcome staff immediately brought us towels and a foot bath to make us comfortable, and assist us for in easy check in. The front desk staff was so very gracious and helpful with adjustments we had to make for returning by ferry when leaving. We did not dine in the restaurants so I cannot comment on that service, but we enjoyed...

"Serenity Island is beautiful and the snorkeling around the island was amazing! The staff at Serenity were wonderful and treated us like family! We enjoyed their beautiful singing everyday and the meals were delicious! We loved our ocean front Burre! "Bula Bula. First, the service, the attitude, the smiles, the over the top customer care is a 10+. LikuLiku Lagoon resort is quiet, has amazing food with their newly added gourmet dining experience Saluwaki. The music is also a plus with nightly music at both restaurants. Activities were great and snorkeling ariynf the resort offered amazing fish & coral views. I can’t say enough good things about Likuliku as it was an outstanding stay .
