"The hotel was very nice, the room was spatious and it was a lovely place to stay. Only complaint is it is not very stroller-friendly, you will need to carry strollers up a half-level to get to the elevators.
There may be an easier way but we were not made aware.
Additionally, we previously stayed 1 block away and the road noise was substantially less being slightly more tucked away. It was quite noisy in the evening.

"The breakfast selection was wonderful and at a reasonable price. The staff members were very helpful to me when my bag was lost by the airline by giving me toiletries and informing me when the bag ultimately arrived."

"Overall, a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Helsinki. The Park View room was a little dated and could perhaps do with some modernisation, but it was clean, tidy and comfortable. The shower was excellent.
The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
The hotel is in a nice location, slightly off the beaten track and away from the busy city centre. There is a convenient tram stop nearby, with the journey into central...

"The grounds were beautiful. The spa and sauna were wonderful. We had a lovely corner room in the manor with a stellar deck and view of the Baltic. Breakfast was delicious. All the common areas of the manor were sophisticated and emanated old world charm. I owe my fine stay to the helpful Ali, who placed me in the best room available! Kiitos!
The rest of the staff were lovely, including Tarki."
