"The hotel is great but the ice machine in front of our room was beeping for hours during the night waking us up early on our vacation. I had to get up, get dressed to figure out where the sound was coming from and tell the front desk. The most important thing at a hotel should be a good night sleep. Just very disappointing."

"The whole place smelled.
The room had a broken door on the bathroom. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the tub.
Paid for a suite, it had no seating surface in the suite area.
I should have known something was wrong when I pulled in at 6:30pm and I was the only one there.
I do not recommend this hotel."

"The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, a variety of different items to choose from. The casino was right down the road not to far. The parking lot was really lit up at night.{ which was a plus for myself}. I had a very nice stay, and found nothing this time, that I disliked."

"This property was close to many attractions. The neighborhood was a bit questionable but the hotel had night security and the cars and grounds were all safe. The price was excellent, rooms and bathrooms were clean. The halls are ready for new carpet. I would stay here again."

"The whole place smells like a smoker's car. The staff (assuming you can get their attention) is pretty much useless with a few exceptions. The stores in the casino area are inconsistent as far as hours of operation and the one store selling skincare is so aggressive and annoying people walk the long way around just to avoid walking by the store. Overall, stay somewhere else unless you are a chain-smoking chronic gambler with a need for skin care products."

"just so everyone booking knows in advance, even though Expedia says these rooms come with a balcony. There is no guarantee that you will get one. You have to call the property after the fact to request one to even see if it’s available, which is still not a guarantee — once I figured that out, and was highly disappointed my pullout couch did not work, and when I informed them at the time of checkout, he then tried to tell me that there were no pullout couches in the room and I was not supposed...
