"Ifdakhar and Heather are the hosts of this beautiful home and property on Perch Lake. They live in the home and stay in the basement while guests are renting. "We reserved the property and a few hours later it was cancelled on us. There was no way to contact the owner and the website information was horrible. The property may have been nice but we didn’t get a chance to find out. We had insurance on the property (that was canceled on us) and it took a 1 hour call to get a credit back. The property rental availability is not in sync with Expedia and made for a total waste of time. Beware!"
