"Hyatt Place in Katy was wonderful!!!! Everything was so clean from the entry way to the room! This is a great place to stay! Definitely a 10 out of 10! "

"This was the area with the biggest needs improvement in my opinion. Staff was in the back at 8:20am and never came out to restock dwindling supply of items but made it a point to come out to turn off lights and state that breakfast was over. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Not how you treat guests especially paying ones. Tables were dirty and area was unkept. Either do it right or don't offer Free Breakfast as an option. "The staff was very kind. They were super helpful and went out of their way. The breakfast was very well stocked and the staff even helped my youngest get her plate while i was helping my other two. "

"The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. "

"I don’t like writing bad reviews. I vowed to never stay at aloft Katy mills again. But I did because I needed to be in the area. Stained carpet , table had some hard stuff on it. Ok I just wanted to sleep. The pillow cases had stains. Which is why I travel with my own pillow cases. I forgot to grab my pillow case Aloft is just a name luxurious is a feeling. You won’t get both but you will pay a premium "
