"everything was smooth sailing and the staff was lovely."

"Great property. Walkable to great restaurants. Nice spacious rooms."

"The staff was welcoming and friendly when we arrived, even with the language barrier we were able to make know what we needed. The front desk staff were fluent in English so they were helpful in giving us pointers on getting around. It was quiet and very safe where we were. There was air conditioning that made our nights comfortable in the heat wave that was happening. The beds were a little hard."

"Excellent hotel with amazing amenities, including a beautiful pool, spa, and gym. The atmosphere is lovely, creating a very pleasant and relaxing environment."

"I loved that it was on a street filled with restaurants, market stands, pharmacy, and convenience stores. Easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Clean, cute, modern rooms. Did not try their breakfast as we wanted to try breakfast options outside of the hotel. The only downside was the tiny one person elevator; but will definitely consider staying again when visiting."

"The room was clean, location was pretty good, the place is good only for a small to medium built . Im pretty medium in size but cant sleep comfortably in the mezzanine, hard to access, only small people can fit in there."

"La decoración, bastante cómoda la habitación un poco pequeña pero la ubicación es muy buena"

My family made excellent use of the pool. The children swam every day after we'd been to the parks. My daughter also enjoyed the inflatables outside. Breakfast buffet was great and fully stocked. All staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. Room was very spacious for a family of 5. Would stay again."

"We had a pleasant stay at Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris. The receptionist was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the entire staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Although we experienced an unfortunate housekeeping issue upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with care and professionalism. They were very apologetic and made a genuine effort to make things right, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with the kindness and...
