"I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train....

"I don't recommend this hostel if you are staying at hostel under hot temperature since there is no airco working. I also couldn't use private bathroom, so it was a huge disappointment. The stuff was helpful and had a positive energy. Breakfast is not great but cheaper than cafes/restaurants."

"NO AIR CONDITIONING. there was also no fan available. the windows were able to be opened but air flow was poor and the street noise is very loud all night long into the morning. the picture of the front of the property is absolutely misleading. that picture was taken 3 years ago and the condition has significantly declined with a lot of trash in front as well. surrounding neighborhood not the safest feeling. shower was miniature. bed was comfortable for the most part, would not go as far to say...

"Excellent location, peaceful and quiet part of Paris. Five minute walk from Montparnasse station. Convenient store 2 doors down. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Front desk staff are outstanding and helpful. However, minus 1 star for the lack of effort on the room cleaning crew for failing to restock the complimentary water and toiletries."

"We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the front desk staff were so helpful and nice, the breakfast was yummy and more than anything it was super affordable. If you want easy and comfortable accommodations overlooking the beach you won't be disappointed."

"I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere."

"We stayed in room 702. Top floor with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Which was a nice surprise because the room we booked was a Superior Room with Spa access had no mentioning of the tower view. Great staff, very helpful. Clean room. Amazing spacious shower. There were a few things i wish were better tho. We were in Paris during a crazy heat wave. Some days temperature outside was 33-35C. The AC in the room didnt work well. It was set at 19 C the lowest possible the entire stay of 3...

"We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too. Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures. Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants. Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!"

"La puerta corrediza del baño rechinaba mucho, había que dejarla abierta para evitar el ruido durante la noche, sería recomendable que la tina de baño esté un poquito más baja, para facilitar entrar a la ducha y evitar una caída. Al regresar al hotel para la segunda noche, no habían puesto toallas, las pedimos tres veces, las llevaron hasta que transcurrió una hora. Muy buena ubicación y desayuno. Hotel muy concurrido."
