"Une belle rénovation. L'appartement est fonctionnel et vaste. Emplacement proche métro et Sacré Cœur. Commerces à proximité. Et avec une vue sur le Sacré Cœur à couper le souple. Nous reviendrons."

"The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Being able to see the Eiffel Tower right from the balcony was the main reason I chose to stay here. The check-in service was excellent, and the staff were very patient, friendly, and welcoming. However, arriving early in the morning and having to wait until 4 PM to check in was quite exhausting, especially with jet lag and no place to rest after a long flight."

"Excellent hotel with amazing amenities, including a beautiful pool, spa, and gym. The atmosphere is lovely, creating a very pleasant and relaxing environment."

"The property has several 6 story buildings but there are no elevators. We were on the top floor so we had to bring up our suitcases which can be difficult for some. I think this information should be made more obvious on the listing to help travellers prepare for this. Otherwise our stay was fine."

"Lovely little hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood in the Marais. One block walk to the Reaumur-Sebastopol Metro stop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator and air conditioning a bonus. Dogs in the lobby made my morning and evening upon returning."

The shuttles were far too crowded, and the frequency of service needs to be improved. Unfortunately, we also had a very upsetting experience with one of the shuttle drivers, who was extremely unfriendly and handled a situation involving my teenage niece in a completely inappropriate way. She was visiting from South America and...

"Good location."

"This was a great hotel to stay at for our trip to Disneyland! The room was super clean and comfortable, I had the best sleeps in the cosy bed! The room had everything we needed and more, and we loved the swimming pool. A bonus that we could get the free shuttle to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Mise à part le personnel qui est vraiment très agréable, le reste est vraiment décevant. La qualité ne vaut pas le prix payé. S’ajoute à ça plusieurs mésaventure… je le recommande absolument pas."

"We had a pleasant stay at Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris. The receptionist was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the entire staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Although we experienced an unfortunate housekeeping issue upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with care and professionalism. They were very apologetic and made a genuine effort to make things right, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with the kindness and...

"Great place to stay, spent 2 nights here. Rooms are clean, the bus and train station are less than a block away with 2 markets 5 minutes from each other."
