"The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that there is no carpet in the rooms. Other than that, I have nothing good to say.
I take responsibility for waiting until the last minute to book for FSU Family Weekend, but paying nearly $400 a night made this experience even more unacceptable. At that price, I expected a clean room and decent service.
There was visible hair in the bathtub, and the floors clearly had not been swept or vacuumed. Breakfast is included, but it ends at 9 AM on...
