"This was the most terrible stay. The hotel was dilapidated, and did not look safe. There were holes in the walls, construction was going on, and the bathroom was not clean. Our balcony looked over a green murky pool in the adjacent property with mosquitoes on our balcony. We did not want to sleep in the bed and slept in our clothes and did not sleep well as the power went out at least 20 times during the night. No air or electricity . Hotel offers airport transfer - I messaged 3 times, not only did no one come to the airport they had no booking (despite pre paymen) 3 am, not expected, boy that didn’t speak English, more than terrible! Eventually given a filthy room, you wouldn’t put a dog in it! The door didn’t shut let alone lock! Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, no restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS "

"The room description and amenities do not correspond at all to what the hotel States on hotels.com. There is no minibar , but a dirty non functional mini refrigerator, no separate living room. The bathroom is filthy amd mildewed. The room tile floor is not clean."
