"Everything about our stay was good. The property and our room was clean, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly, the sitting area was very homey and comfortable, and check-in and check-out was fast and easy. "When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

"The Punderson Lodge does not have an elevator. You have go up one flight of stairs and then back down another half-flight to get to your room. This is major points off. "

"The property was just beautiful!! The host and hostess was just amazing, so polite and friendly. The loft was everything I expected!! I made 2 blankets while I was there .. I didn’t use the electric!! Or battery light I saved it for my daughter and grandson for the last 2 days. And now I have not watched tv since I have been home. And I quit social media.
