"We just needed a quick stay over for one night on our way to California. But I’m sick of out of the box hotel stays so we chose this cute place in the mountains for something different. We very much enjoyed the quiet accommodations and a peaceful walk along the small stream right outside our front door. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the sunset. Very nice little place."

"Ok the Good... Rooms were tidy. A/C was great in room. Solid continental breakfast. The pool was ok, due for some maintenance though. Ice machine was out of order... Our room was nearky 15 mins behind getting cleaned..."

"My stay at this Payson hotel was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. I was particularly impressed by the modern room features, specifically the abundance of both USB and USB-C charging ports conveniently located near the bed and desk area, as well as the bright, high-quality vanity mirror in the bathroom. While the air conditioning unit is on the louder side, I actually found it to be a helpful source of white noise that effectively drowned...

"For second day of stay room was not cleaned. Found out later that cleaning policy each day is not performed unless requested in advance. If you pay for housekeeping not performed there should be some partial refund available. Breakfast was minimal .. cereal, fruit, etc. Hot tub and pool were nice."

"The staff (Ashley) when I was checking in was amazing. The computer system had gone down, and she handled everything as quickly and professionally as possible. I was super grateful for that. The complimentary breakfast, here and at every Comfort Inn, was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall it was a very nice stay."

"The property is always very clean. We've stayed here several times because the rooms consistently smell fresh, with a slight bleach scent that gives us confidence they've been properly cleaned. The light-colored sheets and blankets also make it easy to inspect the room for cleanliness. They provide complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner, although I usually prefer to bring my own. My only real complaint is the coffee. It has a strange taste—almost like paper—and I can't recommend it....

"This is the second stay at this location. But this tiime Angel at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming. She was helpful in giving directions to our venue. "My only 2 issues, ran out of toilet paper and was told there was no more, shipment didn’t come in and was advised to use paper towels, well we went and bought some as paper towels are not good for the sewer system. And my mom has mobility issues and it wasn’t the best terrain for her to move around. Other than that it was AMAZING as usual."
