"Kohl’s Lodge is a clean and quiet respite cozily nestled in the trees of the Tonto Nat. Forest. Between Holbrook (Petrified National Park area) and Phoenix AZ, it is an excellent retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. KR is super clean, has great amenities, and very accommodating to families and the solo traveler looking for a peaceful place to spend some time. I’ve stayed here three times and am always amazed by how reinvigorated I feel after each visit. Friendly, welcoming staff and I always feel welcome. Check it out- you won’t be let down!!"

"One night stay. Check in was great with them stating verbally: Quiet time after 10pm. LOVE THIS!! Spacious and clean room. Walls are a bit thin, so we could hear a bit here and there when a toilet was flushed or someone was walking above us, but overall was quiet. Very large shower with a rain shower head that provided ample water! Breakfast was above average with a very nice lady serving the hot foods from behind the counter. Several items to choose from that were actually hot! Hot tub and pool on site which we did not utilize. Cell service was slow for us, so we used the wifi which worked great. For a motel-ish hotel, this was a pleasantly surprising great stay!! "
