"Property need maintenance floor ve deep dip hiding and covering with carpet near dinning area i was about to tripped furniture snd fan was wobbly however it was ok for one night stay. We had good sleep peaceful area."

"The bedding and towels were lovely and clean, couldn't fault. The shower tray left a lot to be desired, along with the shower mat and windowsill. There was no way of opening/closing the windows as they were too high. The same with the curtains. A long bamboo rod attached to the top could help with opening/closing? Staff? Hardley saw a soul in the 4 days I was there. The breakfast was sufficient for what I needed."

"Lovely Hotel , very clean and fab room but could of done with a bigger room with our Grandson.! Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A tiny fridge would be helpful in the room but over all we had a lovely stay at the Birdham. What a lovely part of the Island Bembridge is, in my opinion the nicest exception apart from the Needles. Bembridge has lovely quiet beaches to visit and we found the people very friendly. Was a wonderful week🙂"

"Hotel was clean, mirror but no shelf in wc for toiletries, sensor light turned off every 60 seconds whilst using the loo, not practical, no mirrors in shower room, no mirror in bedroom had to apply makeup using the hallway mirror. Complimentary tea, sugar in kitchen but sugar was contaminated by double dippers, sachets or sugar dispenser would be better. Overall not a bad place, parking permit was worth it, hotel very close to the beach, permit allows you to park right by the beach. Receptionist...

"Our room was spotless. The staff was incredible. The area we stayed in is currently being renovated but I’m positive it will look wonderful when completed. The restaurant and bar were both had inviting atmosphere and amazing staff."

"Excellent stay, great location on the Quay. Super easy parking right outside the hotel or in the multi storey. Lindsey on reception was a superstar assisting us in our room allocation. The room was spotless & was cool on such a hot day. The view of the Spinnaker Tower was special as we were celebrating our anniversary. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, gluten free items & traditional breakfast was hot & tasty. "
