"We booked the accommodation for four nights and checked out after just one night. The room was of a very small size, comparable to a shoebox, with inadequate ventilation and lacking essential amenities such as a phone and iron. Upon requesting a room upgrade to a larger unit, we were informed that a change would be arranged by the morning. However, the morning staff denied the request immediately upon arrival. Due to the unsatisfactory service and conditions, we chose to check out early....

"Really, really appreciated the staff. Went out of their way to help us several times. This alone made it our favourite place to stay. We cancelled booking elsewhere and came back. Available: Telephone charge rental, taxi service, baggage storage, different kinds of charging outlets. Breakfast was fantastic.
