"Excellent proximity to Manchester convention centre, China Town, theatre and oxford Road rail station etc. Good clean comfortable bed. Pity no provision of simple tea making facility in the bedroom. Breakfast is less than basic for the breakfast price paid. One receptionist being difficult, refused to print receipt when not booked through hotel directly. But another reception at other time happily attended the request. "

"A new hotel so everything in great condition, with decent sized rooms and good large communal bar/restaurant/lounge space on ground floor. The staff were very good, friendly and welcoming, made everything quick and easy at check-in an check-out. Easy walk from T2 to the hotel. Have stayed in a number of Manchester Airport Hotels - going forward I'd choose this."

"Self check in, Four computers in lobby to check in. Beginning at 3:00pm, It seems faster than waiting in line at a front desk. There are staff in lobby to help using the check in computers. Coffee machine on each floor, along with hot water. It's very nice and easy to use. My single bed room was small but the TV and AC worked okay. The AC is quiet and kept the room fairly Cool. The lowest cool setting in my was 19C. There is a Sainsburry grocery store across the street. Hotel is around 15...

"Bathroom was quite tired looking, cracks and flaking paint and smelled a bit of drains. The curtains weren't big enough to cover the full length of the window so when they shut in the middle there were big gaps at each side. When another party in my booking tried to check-in later they were told by staff there was no room booked in their name, and then were given a room key to someone else in the bookings room, only to find out when they opened the door and the person cried out to let them know...
