"Ein sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Sehr netter Service. Die Umgebung war auch schön mit einem wunderschönen Strand und ein paar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Das Essen war auch gut, die Auswahl etwas überschaubarer aber völlig ausreichend."

"The staff is fantastic. They communicated with us before our arrival, asked what we needed and wanted, organized for us the airport shuttle and then trfansportation to the see port. The breakfast and dinner were good. The tables are with the Acropolis view. The location is perfect. The only problem - the hotel is under construction, it's a bit noisy, that's why we rated it 4 stars."

"My complaint was that I booked a King bed room. When we checked in they put us in a queen room. I returned to the reception desk to say that we wanted a king room and the agent insisted that we had a king room. finally, I said if you want to go look, it is not a king bed. I had to argue with them and eventually they put us in a king room. that was an unpleasant experience, after flying for over 14 hours. "Very clean hotel, all inclusive had limited drink options but were good enough for my girlfriend and I, our sea view balcony was huge I think we got lucky with a big and secluded one."

"We enjoyed our stay. Great view of caldera. Shame about the weather as would have been lovely to sit on balcony or by pool area. The shower room had a smell of drains which wasn't pleasant. Breakfast was ok - plentiful but ready prepared plates rather than given the choice of what to have. Would have preferred to have a buffet style which also would have been less wasteful. "It was ok, we have stayed at the other two hotels, Stella Island and Stella Palace, and to be honest this is not on par with them. The food was very limited, not much choice and if you’re a fussy eater you might struggle. All the flowerbeds were overgrown and if you had a sunbed next to one there was a strong smell of cat urine. The drinks weren’t great, the soda had that off taste or dirty pipes and isnt branded. There were also cockroaches in our room that came from the toilet floor drain....
