We requested the manager and she would get it fixed but never happened. Also main door was not being locked from outside and we were concerned for the safety of our stuffs!"

"First time in my life I've seen a resort or hotel with a check-in at 5 PM and a check-out at 10 AM. There's nothing to do past 9 PM for adults who want to have a night out, eat, and relax. This place is for the early birds. If you arrive late, where are you supposed to go? You have to eat when everything is outside the resort, and it takes about fifteen minutes to get outside and actually find something. During the daytime, you can find the front desk, but at night it's so dark and hard to...

"It was spotless,and it came with everything you need! There was zero smell of smoking! Everything about this stay was amazing, breakfast provided a basic meal with a muffin and a breakfast bar and coffee and tea! Very satisfied with the stay!"

"Our stay was fine. What kept me from giving 5 stars was that when we went to use the pull out bed from the couch, there were dirty linens and blankets on it from gosh knows when. We were turned off to use that for one of our kids."
