"The location was fantastic and walking distance to the Blue Mountain Village and surrounding small cities. The space itself was fairly clean and cozy. The property rental company was really easy to communicate with and was very helpful.
The link the property rental company sent after we booked said there was a village shuttle available, however, when we went there, it wasn’t available (perhaps it’s a summer thing).
The one thing that we were a little surprised by was during checkout. Checkout was 11am and we were maybe 10 minutes late getting out of the property. The cleaners showed up and entered the unit around 11:05 and made us feel very rushed. Understandably, we were a few minutes late getting out, however, cleaning up and trying to complete as much of the check out requests from the host did take some time resulting in us running a bit late. Because of this, we weren’t able to complete the whole checklist as it felt like we were delaying the cleaning team. It would have been nice if maybe the cleanup staff showed up at 11:30ish, giving visitors a slight window and still having that privacy. Again, we were definitely a bit late based on the hosts check out time, but showing up at 11:05 still seemed too rushed.
Overall, still a great place to stay and would definitely recommend."
