Cari Hotel di Grey County

"Nice clean, spacious rooms. Blue mountain resort has lots of things to do for young kids and also many places to have a nice dinner as well"

"It was very clear. Staff were so polite and helpful. Services was amazing."

"room was not clean, we found candy on the Floor and toilet was not flushed. otherwise it was well maintained. staff were friendly and the dinner we had at O&B was delicious with amazing service."

"Wonderful staff, amazing amenities, perfect location, unique room. We will definitely be returning to this hotel, this time for a longer stay!"

"We had a very comfortable stay."

"nice space if you do not have lots to carry and climbing stairs is not a concern as it is farthest from the parking spots. End unit so very private and quiet. Very close to the golf clubhouse and golf cart rentals. Very well equipped kitchen. Coffee and filters left by others was a help. Another dishwasher pod would help if you plan to cook and use dishes. Soap and shampoo was not in the main bath but it was delivered the next day. Upper suite is a nice space but you have to enter the bedroom...

"Nice room and a convenient location"

"Well we go to places like this because we don't have a pool and hot tub at home. The hot tub was out of commission pretty much the whole time we were at Royal Harbour Resort! We have been going to Royal Harbor Resort off and on for many years now, unfortunately the resort is looking pretty dated and worn these days. The hot tub being broken has happened before on a different stay a few years back. We were considering buying a unit week here however have rethought that after this week's visit....

"Property is clean. A few changes would make a big difference. New curtains would help. Tv remotes that work would help and dishes without chips would help I prefer not to drink out of chipped mugs. Also an umbrella would be nice outside in the all day sun. But the beds are comfy and there’s lots of space"

"We rented one of these properties for our three day conference. Pros: It was right across the street from the main Blue Mountain Conference Center which meant we could walk there and back throughout the day as needed and did not have to pay the bogus $15-$30 parking fee at the blue mountain village (with no in and out privileges). This was by far the biggest reason to rent from here. Cons: The unit we got was dated. While we saw pictures of units that looked bright and modern, this...

"Phone didn’t work. TV was difficult to understand."

"Bar and staff very friendly"

"They changed my room.because they allowed a group of people to stay in the room beside mine. That group wasn't just yelling loudly but also hitting the wall which was moving the furniture in my room. All this was happening after 10pm when i was trying to sleep. The other room they changed had a super squeaky bed that woke me up everytime my partner moved. Was not able to sleep well The rest was all good."

"The room was updated and clean. All amenities accounted for. The only advice is that my tea i made in the lobby tasted of coffee. Pls dont get the water for tea from the coffee maker. Get fresh water"
