"When we arrived the elevator was out of service and we were on the 5th floor. We have some issues with stairs so we approached the front desk. Everyone was helpful and ultimately the manager upgraded our twin queen room to a suite in the attached residence where the elevator was working. When we were leaving we mistook the check out time for noon when it was actually 11 am. Once again there was no penalty. They were as accommodating as conceivably possible. Thanks for the wonderful experience!"

"Was decent. Outdoor pool was kind of crowded and had no chairs available, but to be expected on hot sunny days I suppose. Restaurant was disappointing in every way possible. Poor service, mediocre food, and over priced. Other than that pretty good and no issues with the room itself."

"Power went out in this side of town. Rest was all good. There are no overnight EV chargers on facility?. The price booked on Expedia was less than what the facility charged. Front desk says that cal and talk to Expedia to fix it. They cannot do anything even after showing them the charges details on Expedia app?."

"The property is beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. A special shoutout to their coffee and tea bar- it had a wider selection of teas than most supermarkets! We also loved having dinner on the peaceful backyard patio, which is thoughtfully enclosed with pest screens. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to spot hummingbirds several times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning."

"If you put a do not disturb sign on your door they will not come back to clean up your room even if you are out by 12 noon Then we had to throw our own garbage out If you need something from the village it is $15 a crack to park your car This called the Hilton Grand vacation !!!!"
