"This was my first stay at this Dusit Thani location. Staff and facilities were quite good. Some room details were dismal. Whoever painted the bathroom should be reprimanded. There splatter marks all over the mirror that was mounted over the sink and in other areas. The boundary between the wall tiles behind the bathroom sink mirror and the existing wall was very messy and noticeable. "I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. I really wish that they had found a way to make it work. This hotel has a lot of potential, but with everything being closed, I found out hard to overlook the old and aging property. The...

"ホテルの設備は古いながらもしっかり整備されている。なんと言ってもお気に入りはベッド！寝心地が最高で、毎度このベッドが楽しみ。
プールは深い方が大人向き。あまり人がおらず、ゆっくり楽しめる。子供さんがいる方は大きいプールへ。
プライベートビーチも遠浅で綺麗で気持ち良い。遠浅で魚もたくさん。お子さん連れには最高だと思う。"

"I dont know wheather every room is in same sitiation, but MY ROOM is teribble. the room smells so bad with un-dry smell especially window (ocean) side and refrigerator box.
even if i opened window and door for several hours the smell doesnt go away. other than that the hotel is basically ok. "
