"Room did not look like picture in size. Picture of building did not look like the site. There was no place to hang coats. Continental breakfast offered was not stocked. Coffee had absolutely no cream available. Rolls were only one store wrapped cinnamon roll. This wasn't because early risers emptied the tray. They were not stocked. First floor window screens looked shabby and loose."

"If they have staff it sure wasn’t visible. Couldn’t call they wouldn’t answer phone. Lucky if they answered text. People in and out of parking lot all night long. Abandoned cars in parking spots near wouldn’t turn off had to put ac on. No smoke detectors!! The girl that’s in charge didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Says office open from 8-8. That was a joke. "
