"This is a good resort with the potential to be excellent, but it does not achieve excellence because of overly controlling management and intrusively loud music in too many parts of the resort. The staff are excellent, but they are too often not allowed to use their judgement, they have to refer everything up the management line. If you like intrusive loud music this is a resort for you. If you prefer a calm and relaxing atmosphere, listening to the waves from the Med rather than having them...

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but had few occasions with the dinner staff when they were very rude with us. They would not let us sit in the dining area as they had prepared the table for next morning and we didn’t want to sit outside. Even before we started eating or drinking they would come and ask us how would you pay which made us very uncomfortable. At one occasion the staff came to our room at 10:30 and knocked when clearly there was a Do not disturb sign hung on the door"
