"Great customer service. Everyone was so attentive. I was able to make it to my cruise on time because their shuttle was always available and ready. Definitely will be staying there again."

"Staff was friendly and helpful and it was convenient to take the shuttle to the airport. My room was missing the remote, but another one was sent up to me. My shower became too hot all of a sudden with no way to cool the water temperature. I had to step out quickly to avoid being scalded."
