"Pretty comfortable stay though the room looks much smaller than images shown from the website for 21 sq m. Hotel is a little bit off the busy shopping belt but it made up by the free bus shuttle service to the Sapporo Station. The electric streetcar stops and subway stop are only a 5-10 mins walk away. Super convenient. We extended our checkout time for a small fee which worked out well for us as we had a late evening flight. "

"We stayed one night coming in from Jozankei Sapporo going to Tokyo . It was literally to the left of the Hakodate train station . 10 min walk to fish market and 5 min bus ride to Hakodate mountain cable cars . Near restaurants . Buffet breakfast was outstanding !!! The onsen was amazing !! It is not tattoo friendly and is connected to the golds gym so it does get crowded even at super late hours 11pm . You get free popsicle inside onsen area as well . My son went into the men side and it was quite busy as well . Traditional tatami room , futon on ground with tiny elevation . Enough space for 3 suitcase and bags . We had 3 person bed set up . Would stay again ! "

"Staff is helpful when asking for information like where to get money exchange, haircut and so forth. The bathroom is clean and good shampoo. Really like the Japanese style bath tub, much more deeper than Western style. "

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "
