"Absolutely beautiful, resort was great. Food isn't like other all inclusive but was still good. I am not into food so didnt bother me. I was able to always find something I could eat. Resort and grounds could not be better!! I personally wouldn't do all inclusive as there were so many restaurants within walking distance on the beach. "

"yes the staff were courteous. It was annoying that when you walked up 3 flights of stairs to get to Herbie's the restaurant door was locked and they wouldn't let you in that way. They insist that you take the elevator via the garage but I don't like elevators if I can avoid them "

"We were blown away by our upgrade to the Ocean One Villa condo's!! The place was perfect with friendly staff and amenities. The pool at the Villas was a welcomed surprise. Peacefully tucked away yet only a short walk to the beach, the main hotel and restaurant made it a perfect location. The bar right on the beach was spectacular. I highly recommend this place! "

"Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. "Could not have had a better stay. Property is immaculate and very beautiful. Beds were comfy, shower had great pressure, and AC worked great. Restaurant had good food. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Simple. The room was simple, and the staff was very friendly. We appreciated a good air conditioner, clean rooms, hot water. All the basics that are sometimes lacking. The breakfast is included and was nice. Again, simple, but nice. (Be sure to try the juices, they were amazing) "

This hotel is labeled as a two star hotel but can easily be a three star hotel with a few updates and more maintenance done to the property.
