"I was there for my Birthday and the Hotel staff was so unfriendly Nobody answered my requested. Never ever expienved such a Bad Service from a Hilton Hotel. Worst ever"

"I was unfamiliar with the area, and the staff readily helped me and my son find a wonderful restaurant to dine at for dinner and then the next day a delicious restaurant for breakfast. They also helped me figure out how to use uber to get to the concert we had tickets for and helped us with ancillary food needs. And the late-night attendant helped me figure out my room's TV remote that was unfamiliar to me. Our rooms were off a quaint plant surrounded staircase. I will most definitely stay...

"Great hotel and great service. Feels like stepping back in time in lobby in a good way!"

"Overall good. Disability room did not have rollin shower...did provide a portable shower chair over reg. bathtub...but that is minimally safe and messy for bathroom usage. Big miss was not handicap parking????? this is the 21st century...thks. RonH"

"Long wait at restaurant, entrance hard to find"

"The whole hotel needs renovation. The washer and dryer needs to be replaced. And the commercial generator needs to be removed from the physical fitness room."

"Bugs in bathroom, really should upgrade the mattress. It’s not uncomfortable!"

"Room was clean and staff was extremely helpful at check in."

"There for a conference, very nice lobby and atmosphere."

"Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower. I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea."
