"Clean room, quite, good breakfast, and friendly staff"

"Ocean front, great view of beach. The breakfast is outstanding, many local gourmet and very generous dining time (till 1:30pm) allowing full brunch. The room is a bit small for three people (booked a 4-person room), there is not sufficient space for luggage ( we have three small to midsized cases). There is no room cleaning (not even for trash collection) unless your request, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I recommend it because of the food and view."

"The hotel provided not only the breakfast buffet but also late dinner without extra charge. Location was about 400meters to the Hualien train station, very convenient. Staff were very friendly."

"Der Ausblick vom Hotel aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Die Lobby und der Speiseraum sind wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet, allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer in die Jahre gekommen und es hat überall einen leicht muffigen Geruch. Dir Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."

"This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien. Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. It took multiple conversations with staff and two trips to the lobby to figure out that laundry service isn’t available (and with the hot and humid climate...

"The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay."

"Very comfort and excellent hotel"

"Lokasi sangat baik di tengah downtown Hualien City. Tersedia penjemputan gratis dari Hualien Train Station"

"This place is so cute. The staff was really nice and the snack bar, ice cream pops and water/coffee station was a nice touch. Room was clean and cozy with fun art on the wall."

"Hotel is in a quiet location. Spacious room, good sized bathroom all very clean. Nice ocean view from the 6th floor. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of food items to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"早餐多樣選擇、停車方便"

"Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family."

"住宿體驗普通、一般、不差，但若下次有機會來花蓮市旅遊，同等價位應會考慮其他飯店"

"I spent two nights at this hotel while visiting Taroko park. I would definitely stay again. The hotel and room were very modern, clean, and well furnished. The staff was excellent and super helpful. The breakfast offered a tasty selection of local and non-local fare. The hotel was very close to the entrance of Taroko park and also close to the coast. My room had a great view of the mountains to the north as well as the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hualien and...
