"La persona que nos atendió cuando hicimos el check-in nos trató de una manera sin informarnos a detalle los conceptos que cobraba aprovechándose de no conocer el idioma nativo de igual manera me prepararon un taxi al aeropuerto y me informaron sobre un costo y al momento del pago con el chofer del taxi este nos cobró más de lo informado aunado a lo anterior el depósito que si bien es cierto lo cobran en todos los hoteles no me lo han devuelto mi tarjeta y tengo el temor de que una botella de...

"Camera spaziosa e pulita, un po' meno i corridoi, ma è un residence e vi sono anche appartamenti privati. Zona centralissima, piena di negozi e bar, ci si muove comodamente a piedi. Non vi sono aree comuni (bar, ristorante etc) solo la piccola reception, con la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out. Ci siamo trovati molto bene (2 adulti e due adolescenti)."

"I loved the decor of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and nice. The bed was a little hard for me; but i’m the type who prefers a soft mattress. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very nice. I liked that they had a free water and coffee station that is available 24/7. They also have breakfast (for an extra cost) and it was ok. I recommend passing on it, but if you need something quick there are options there. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would book again if I come...

"Comfortable room. The beds and linen are very good. Lobby has a drink station with coffee, tea and water all the time. Staff is courteous and helpful. Housekeeping is quick and reliable. Bathroom is on the small side but functional. The shower door does have a knob that is super hard to pull open with wet fingers. The toiletries are ok, but smells like certain public washroom… "

"Beautiful hotel, 1st class amenities, great food, attentive staff in lobby and restaurant. I would give this 5 stars but we had a bag of small items and jewelry we had purchased at gift shops stolen from our room (probably cleaning staff) leaving the experience tainted."
