"Gorgeous property . 99/100 My only small complaint was the maintenance man had to come to stop the water from recirculating in the bathroom but he was there within 5 minutes and it was fixed Gorgeous property, delicious breakfast, lobby was stunning, staff was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make things simple for the guests. As an American we are told that Europeans aren’t always the friendliest - this is simply not the case - the people of Budapest and the hotel...

"We stayed 2 nights here, the location of the hotel was very central on the Pest side of Budapest. Loved that they had a secure luggage storage area in the basement. The hotel was very beautiful and rooms were nice and clean. However it was a bit small for us. Also the air conditioning vent was behind the curtain so when the curtains are closed it blocks out some of the cool air. Overall we had a comfortable stay here."

"This hotel was a great place to stay in Eger. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and everything (shower, intranet, etc) worked well. The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. One could easily walk to most parts of Eger from this hotel. I was surprise me to find out they charged for parking -- they said it was to pay for the security system. It sort of threw me -- why did they need a security system if this was a safe area?
