"Great location Recommend the prestige suite Great staff"

"While the facilities are a bit dated, everything is perfectly maintained. The staff are all friendly and professional. In particular, the restaurant deserves a perfect score—both the service and the food were 100/100!"

"Hotel was sufficiently nice."

"Staff made it worth the stay"

"Stylish, elegant, really comfortable, great staff and great service. Lots of little details that made our stay wonderful. Amazing breakfast and location too. We will recommend this superb boutique hotel to all of our friends."

"The concierge staff were extremely helpful in arranging a visit to a doctor including transportation to take us there and back."

"Some concerns with this property's online check-in system. The system requires guests to click a link that not sure how secure?while demanding sensitive personal information. It would be nice if there were TV channels available. I hope the property addresses these issues. Thank you!"

"The best service and very helpful staff"

"Staff web very helpful, breakfast was delicious!!"

"Great location yet a quiet avenue.. one block from the river, Trams, metro and restaurants.. Great Mexican restaurant across the street 😎"

"La habitación estaba limpia y bien cómoda, la ducha deliciosa y lo q no me gustó fue la puerta de cristal del baño, no tenía mucha privacidad!!! El staff de la recepción, excelente!!!"

"There were cobwebs under the table but the room was a good size for two. Our room had the Danube view which was beautiful especially in the night. The tram line is just outside the hotel. It’s situated just by the river front where one could watch people and trams passing by and enjoy the lovely view from one’s arm chair in the room."

"Poor front desk service"

"One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help you. The free breakfast food was delicious. I don’t think I have ever been more pleased with a hotel and I have stayed in many. I cannot recommend it enough. Just a fantastic stay! Also the absolute perfect location."

"L'emplacement près de la station opéra est fort appréciable"
