What I did find odd was that there were no towel bars to hang anything on. I could not hang my wet towel to dry nor the robe & hair towel I travel with. "Our stay was good. Room was clean although it could use a good rug shampoo (can’t all carpet use this over time?) the only other constructive information I would say is making sure there are more towels and washcloths (we didn’t ask for more so not anyone’s fault) otherwise it was quiet, everyone was friendly and it was close to shopping and places to eat as well as places to do things (Nova Wild,Great Falls National Park and Wolf Trap). And reasonably priced"

"The property was clean and we had little issues with parking. The room we received was not the room I reserved. We were put in an ADA room with wall art that was peeling off the wall. The staff were very confused when I went to check out as though he didn’t know that I needed to checkout before leaving the hotel on the day of my final stay."

"We were on a tight schedule and chose this Westin for its proximity to IAD and the on-site restaurant. The room was a typical Westin room, very comfortable, safe and clean. The most notable though was the quality of the restaurant. Normally I would never order something like crab cakes at an airport hotel but I did and was surprised at the quality and presentation. "Great hotel. Clean up to date super comfortable room. Great gym equipment. Walking distance to restaurants. Our only complaint was tge coffee shop in the lobby is actually Starbucks in disguise and we didn't realize it until after we purchased the horrible coffee."

"The bed was comfortable but could have used more pillows for 2 people there were 3 pillows. The bathroom walls were dirty with one I’m pretty sure artfully hanging a booger someone blew straight from the nose to wall. But, seriously clean that off it was nasty. The next page of this survey asked for a picture…. I didn’t take a picture ,so you’ll have yo take my word for it."

"Breakfast was the highlight of the stay! The ladies in the breakfast area were great!Otherwise, it was an ok experience for a budget minded traveler. One issue: our a/c quit blowing cold air overnight and come to find out, multiple rooms had issues. The hotel DID NOT offer any type of compensation for us being without a/c in 90 degree temps."
