"This hotel is located in the central area of Reykjavik which made it very convienient. The hospitality was great. They were helpful with booking excursions as well as making suggestions restaurants. The hotel main areas and halls are kept clean. My only issue was with the shower in the room. The shower was small and had a thin strip at the bottom. After showering, was ran out onto the bathroom floor. "

"Outstandingly beautiful hotel. Spacious room and comfortable bed. We had a view of a waterfall from our room. Bathroom was incredibly nice. Warmed floors. Waterfall shower head and first hotel that actually had conditioner. We had a triple room, and they made a full double bed up for our daughter. Blackout shades actually worked very well. We used and enjoyed the hot tub. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were quite good. Staff was friendly."

"The staff were very friendly. I would suggest they have more staff available when cruises are embarking and disembarking. The two young ladies were overwhelmed by guests checking in and checking out simultaneously. Great location for dining, shopping and sightseeing. "
