We found all the staff in the hotel extremely friendly and helpful. On our arrival a member of staff brought a very welcome cup of tea and slice of cake to our bedroom.

Had the most wonderful stay at Ballyseede castle. Felt totally relaxed with a lovely homely feel. Staff were so nice and food delicious. Lots of rooms to just hang out and enjoy some quiet time . Room was lovely and comfortable with great shower. Beautiful grounds for walking around and just enjoying the castle. Fantastic stay overall.

The most wonderful city break we have had! The perfect location, literally on the corner of Stephen’s green park. The MOST caring and wonderful staff, very big shout out to Patrick and Zoe at breakfast for making our stay so lovely. They went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and engaged with our toddler so well too. They memorised our breakfast and coffee orders and room was kept so clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and we will definitely come back if we visit Dublin again.

Amazing restaurant and beautiful castle. A gem of architecture, the bar made like a galleon was superb. The meal was excellent and the staff attentive. If there was one issue the sound travels between the bedrooms clearly as we heard snoring from another room all night. I'd certainly recommend this hotel and will return in future.

The Walter Raleigh hotel is an excellent place to stay and the perfect location to unwind & relax.

We stayed for one night. The location is great, right by the beach, great views from the beach-side rooms. Very welcoming and all staff friendly and ready to help when asked. Lots of space to park.

what a wonderful location! enjoyed a walk along the gorgeous beach (and a paddle in the sea) both at dusk ...and another after breakfast! romantic. enormous room. super spacious- like an apartment! excellent duvet! The wifi in the room we stayed in was awful. had to sit in the reception area to download anything. food in the evening finished rather early (8;45pm!?) but we arrived at 8;47 and were kindly (and brusquely) served anyway. grateful for that. cos nothing else to eat around the hotel...

Hotel is well signposted from Motorway. It is a bit isolated but convenient to M8. The checkin was speedy and simple. We ate in the bar and the food was excellent. The lounge was very quite after dinner, no one but ourselves in it so we retired early. The room was very comfortable and spacious and we were glad of the tea/coffee in room.

We normally book a hotel for our trips but prices in the Galway area were very high at the time of our visit as there was a music festival in progress. There are just three guest rooms all on the upper floor of the property. Each room has en-suite facilities. Our own room also had a vanity suite within the room. stay was amazing. Friendly and happy to help staff. Nothing is too much. Also has a robot that brings you stuff to your room which is a really unique touch I’ve not seen In a hotel before. Extremely clean and quick check in/out. Would defo recommend and stay again! 5 min walk from city centre.

Celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel in our opinion. The room was spotless (I'm very fussy), the hotel staff were lovely and friendly....they really seemed to be happy in their jobs. We had bed & breakfast, which was probably one of the nicest breakfasts we've ever had in a hotel. The food was fresh and the choice was brilliant. The kippers were to die for.
