"Beautiful well appointed hotel in a central location. There is nothing to fault. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and made you feel extra special.
Our room, overlooking the gardens, was spotlessly clean with plenty of amenities, facilities and toiletries. Breakfast was pricey, but delicious and plentiful. We didn’t have any spa treatments, but my husband did use the pool which was large enough to do laps.
A wonderful hotel and cannot wait to return."

"The reception staff seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with the details of my reservation. Upon check-in, I was asked to pay an additional €75 for the bed, even though it was already included in the booking. Considering that I was paying €780 per night, this was disappointing and unnecessary.

"Our hotel was amazing. From the valet parking to the front desk to the housekeepers. Everyone was amazing and helpful. The grounds were outstanding and well kept. The pool and leisure center was a great place to visit. Breakfast was delightful. They say it gets busy between 9-10 and it is. But go earlier or set proper expectations."
