"Loved our short stay here - staff were really helpful (even on email before our stay), the free shuttle could drop us at a few different close set locations at any reasonable time, food was great and the spa was really well maintained. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else."

"The rooms are very nice. However basic amenities in the room such as a soap dish, shower cap, cotton wool etc were not available. The gym was not open and nor was there a restaurant on site. Breakfast was very basic. I think this was all because the hotel has only just reopened from a major refurbishment."

"This is a do-it-yourself hotel. There is no staff except in the mornings. No room keys; they text you a code which you use for the front door, inner door, floor door and room door. It's a pain punching it in all the time. My room safe didn't work; they said they would fix it but they never did. There is no restaurant or any amenities on the premises. It's not close to the train station, the Metro or any of the ancient sites or museums."

"Die Lage für einen Venedig-Urlaub ist optimal. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, dennoch erreicht man die Altstadt schnell mit dem Vaporetto oder dem People Mover. Ein Parkhaus ist ebenfalls vorhanden, wir haben es allerdings nicht genutzt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Schallisolierung gut. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Das Frühstück kostet 15 € pro Person und bietet eine große Auswahl. Es gibt unter anderem...

"La piscine sur le toit a été bien pratique lors de notre visite en temps de canicule. Nous faisions les vistes de ville l’avant-midi et profitions de la piscine en après-midi. Très bon petit déjeuner."

"The hotel was beautiful and centrally located to some of the major sites. One feature that I loved was the mini bar being included with no extra fees for drinks/snacks. Ambrosia, the rooftop restaurant was nice as well. Love the views. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our two night stay."

"A beautiful hotel set up.high with beautiful views of Vesuvius. Lovely swimming pool and sunbed area with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, but too many cakes and pastries for myself, I would have preferred more savoury options. Staff were good. Room was airy and clean. Beautiful view. Good air conditioning. But make sure you book the annex. A lot more modern. Bar is expensive. We would revisit this hotel."

"The room didn’t have iron/iron board, we called and we asked they told us they could loan us a steamer! We said OK they brought a contract with the steamer. They asked us to sign. This was very strange, uncomfortable!. The room Airconditioning was very loud, very uncomfortable. We we arrived. They told us check-in is at 3 PM. and the room is not ready we said OK they told us We could go to the bar. So we came back after three at the reception there was lots of people waiting for there turn....
