"We arrived at the 4pm check-in time and it took less than 5 minutes. The room was clean and the king size bed and pillows was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and everything was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel in you're staying in Charleston, WV. Also, it is within walking distance to the Town Center Colosseum - very convenient. "

"Decent location, right next to Sheetz. Room smelled good, just wasn’t super clean. Ran down, needs an uplift. Pillow and beds were comfy. Shower was hot. Indoor pool was a vibe. Front desk and breakfast staff were great. Save yourself from eating at the bar/restaurant in the hotel, bartender is a disaster. Rude, short, and does not need to be dealing with the public, at all. I could go on, but I’ll keep her personal review light. Great breakfast selection, food was good. On site restaurant food, again, save yourself and your money. Terrible food, even worse experience. "

"This location has been newly remodeled it was pretty nice for a last minute booking. Some things were out of their control. But overall we would definitely stay again. "
