We had a little bit of an issue checking in because they put us in a non bunk bed room and the second room was occupied but the assistant front desk manager treated us to a cabana on the water park for one of the days. "This was the worst stay ever. Nothing worked from the TV, Mini fridge, and phone. We couldn't get room service much less call the front for anything. Elevators weren't working. And someone got stuck every 15 minutes. When you bring up any of the concerns everyone acts so unaware and nonchalant. No help what's so ever. The WiFi also kept going in and out. The rooms had a moldy smell even after requesting to change the sheets. Parking lot had construction men working and security sleeping. "
